All sponsorships, memberships, ad sales, and donations are non-refundable unless there is a problem with negligence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of these items for any reason, please contact us to start the refund process.

All returns of merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You can either exchange items or receive full refund.
